Molding means to make a mold according to the design. This is the first process of jewelry manufacturing and the key of the whole processes. We not only have skilled masters for hand drafting, wax carving drafting, computer CAD drafting and laser drafting, but also use the 3D printing rapid prototyping machine from German to make resin prototypes so that we can make the first step well
Polishing

Polishing is a technique doing surface treatment to semi-finished products. Experienced workers choose suitable tools according to materials and surface effects and make careful and repeated polishing to the surface. It removes the dirt on the surface, eliminates the defects of the surface and makes trimming to the blanks to make the surface of blanks smooth. The procedures are: polishing, brightening, and adjusting pins, shapes or tongue pieces. After this process, these semi-finished products will be sent to welding, gemstone setting or polishing according to their designs.
Gemstone setting

Gemstone setting is to set gemstones (mainly diamonds and colored gemstones) into the jewelry to make the jewelry more wonderful. The quality of gemstone setting shows the techniques of the jewelry making and the level of artistic heights, and affects the quality of the whole piece of jewelry. We have three kinds of setting: hand setting ,micro setting and wax setting. Micro setting is to set gemstones with the help of a microscope. Workers need to know the tools well, master the setting angles of gemstones and perfectly control the details. Gemstones micro-set are arranged compactly without showing the metal under the gemstones, which increase the sense of beauty for the jewelry.
Plating

After welding, gemstone setting and buffing, semi-finished products will have QC inspection and be sent to the very important process: plating. Our plating workshop is like a professional plating factory and is equipped with advanced machines, for example, thickness tester and analyzer. It has built a lab in the workshop. All the plating materials are monitored closely to ensure the thickness and quality of plating. There are many procedures in plating process. Semi-products need to take plating treatments for several times and then have QC inspections. Some products will undergo an additional procedure of greasing or sandblasting to achieve special effects. So far, we can provide different colors and thicknesses to clients for choosing. We can offer 18K and 24K gold plating ,rose gold plating and rhodium plating.
Colored painting

Some products need colored painting and enamelling according to the designs. Workers paint the surface by hand to get fine patterns, even with subtle expressions on human faces. Worker sneed to be patient and careful and have good feeling of color, space and size.With solid art foundation, they make the subtle patterns true to life. Colored painting includes the procedures of color mixing, painting, color coating by oven and paint eyes, eyebrows and mouths.
Laser engraving
We have laser engravers to engrave texts, logo and complicated patterns on the products to better deliver the message, for example, remembrance or wishes.

We offer personalized services, including selecting birthstones and making personalized engravings. Customers can choose to set their birthstones into the jewelry or engrave their own message on the surface, which makes their jewelry unique.

We offer gold plating, rose gold plating, rhodium plating and platinum plating.
We have QC inspection for each process and double-check before shipment. We also test the raw materials to ensure that they are safe, eco-friendly and up to standard.
